Surgical instruments are delicate and require careful handling during cleaning and storage. To get the maximum life from an instrument, it is best cleaned before any tissue or bodily fluids can dry onto the surfaces. This is accomplished with a stream of distilled water. 

SIS offers a range of products to keep your diamond blades in top performing condition. This means removal of all residual debris from the surgery. The safest methods for the diamond are ultrasonic rinsing and steam cleaning for the more stubborn residuals that have dried. 

Our lead Technician brings to the service area 10 years of experience as a scrub nurse and 6 years of surgical instrument repairs. From sharpening micro-scissors to straightening resectoscope tubes you will not be disappointed. You will not have your teeth ground off your expensive micro-scissors. 

When delivered, we will log the package in, open the package, and record associated serial numbers. We will thoroughly inspect your instrument and note your concerns. We will contact you promptly, describe our findings, and quote a price to correct the problems.
